This workshop offers a hands-on demonstration and practice for techniques used to lengthen the legs from the pelvis; working primarily with the hamstrings and posterior pelvic muscles. The techniques learned will help a great deal with those suffering sciatica. We will learn how to use our intention to smooth out tissue thereby increasing efficiency in body movement and flow. Tracking techniques will be given to encourage the proper alignment of the legs in relationship to the whole body. This will help both the practitioner and the client re-train and maintain correct alignment.
