Structural Integration Bodywork encourages healing by promoting the flow of blood and lymph, relieving tension, stimulating nerves, and facilitating passive stretching to loosen muscles and connective tissue.

Through soft tissue manipulation the practitioner can effectively connect to many layers of the body, while  focused on overall wellness.  This intention can allow the body to gently free the thoughts and feelings that can sometimes bind it into chronic pain and tension.
