Structural Integration Bodywork encourages healing by promoting the flow of blood and lymph, relieving tension, stimulating nerves, and facilitating passive stretching to loosen muscles and connective tissue.
Through soft tissue manipulation the practitioner can effectively connect to many layers of the body, while focused on overall wellness. This intention can allow the body to gently free the thoughts and feelings that can sometimes bind it into chronic pain and tension.

Structural Integration techniques are used to allow for many positive effects on muscle, joint, circulatory, and other body systems.
Essentially, these sessions are designed around the specific needs of the client. It may be applicable once someone has received the Basic 10 Session Series of Structural Integration and is in need of a ‘Tune-up’ session or when there is an acute injury that needs specific attention.
Sessions may be booked as 30, 50, or 80 minute sessions.
