Service Policies

All treatments are performed in a professional manner.  For treatment duration and pricing of services, visit Service Rates.

What to Wear & Draping: All treatments are performed in a professional manner. Draping is not applicable for the Structural Integration sessions, therefore appropriate attire, such as cotton boxer brief shorts for men and underwear or shorts and bra (no sports bras please) for the ladies, is required.

Treatment Termination: A session may be terminated immediately if the client makes an illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances, or if the client arrives to the session inebriated or in a drug induced altered state of mind. Should any of this occur, the client is responsible for payment of the full price of scheduled session and will not receive any treatment at that time.  Rescheduling is at the therapists discretion.

Privacy: The personal history and health forms completed, discussions with the therapist, and before/after treatment photos, if applicable, will remain completely confidential and will only be seen and used by the therapist to guide the direction of treatment.  Any photos of before and after the 10 series sessions of Structural Integration will be used for promotional and educational purposes ONLY once written permission has been obtained by the client.

Responsibility: The therapists do not diagnose, prescribe or treat ailments ~ they merely bring attention to patterns and suggests foods, nutrients, homeopathy, essential oils, bodywork, and other healing elements that are known to be beneficial.  All of the services provided are considered complimentary care and do not take the place of a physician’s care. Each client experiences these complimentary services under their own volition  and accepts full responsibility for their Total Body health.

Change or Cancel Appointment: Please give at least 24-hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

No Show ~ No Call:  Clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Rescheduling is at the therapists discretion and payment for missed appointment may be required prior to rescheduling.

Payments: A check processing fee of $35.00 will be charged for checks returned for non-sufficient funds. For all future appointments, the client may be required to pay by cash or cashier’s check.
