In this workshop, we will explore the muscles that stabilize the scapula into a neutral position; learn the 3 points of the scapula necessary for stabilization; understand how the scapula is the key to balancing the shoulder girdle, thoracic and cervical spines and arms; learn techniques to release the tight muscles that would inhibit scapula neutral; and explore patterning exercises to increase toning to help you find and move the scapula into a neutral position for both you and your clients.
